My favorite dish is pizza. Especially the margherita pizza.To prepare the dough we must mix the flour with the yeast, add water, salt and oil. Then knead everything very well, until you obtain a smooth ball. Rool out the dough.

Pizza dough:

Spread the tomato and add the sliced mozzarella, then add a drizzle of oil and a basil leaf. This is the classic margherita pizza. But you can fill it as you like. Cook at high temperature for 10/15 minutes and the dish is ready.

Pizza filling:

The origins of this dish derive by the chef Raffaele Esposito in honor of Margherita di Savoia, the Queen of Italy: it is no coincidence that the toppings used, tomato, mozzarella and basil, represent the colours of the italian flag.
