Your development journey starts from your very first day and we're so excited to be on this journey with you. Find out more about the Learning and Development team at CKO!

Within your first two weeks, all your mandatory compliance modules should be completed. You can find them here.

By the end of your first 90 days you would have:

  • Completed the CKO Academy content
  • Attended all of our live induction sessions
  • Attended a 'Meet our CEO' or 'Meet our Leaders' Q&A session
You'll now be able to make learning scheme requests, pending your manager's approval.

Development discussions with your manager are an ongoing part of your journey. You'll be learning and growing all the time, but this is a chance to set goals on how you can grow. Discussions tend to be a formal part of the review process, but informal conversations should happen regularly throughout the year to help you move to the next step of your career.

3 months after you've passed probation, you'll be eligible to take part in the next review cycle. Reviews happen every 6 months and are a chance for you to discuss your development formally with your manager and get recognised for your growth.

Anti-Money laundering is a key compliance module that you'll complete on your join date. You'll also need to take a refresher course annually. Deadline: Two weeks from assignment (your start date or anniversary month) Pass mark: Watch all content and answer the question correctly

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption is a key compliance module that you'll complete on your join date. You'll also need to take a refresher course annually. Deadline: Two weeks from assignment (your start date or anniversary month) Pass mark: Watch all content and answer the question correctly

GDPR is a key compliance module that you'll complete on your join date. You'll also need to take a refresher course annually. Deadline: Two weeks from assignment (your start date or anniversary month) Pass mark: Watch all content and answer the question correctly

Code of Conduct is made up of 4 mini modules that you'll complete on your join date. You'll also need to take a refresher course annually. Deadline: Two weeks from assignment (your start date or anniversary month) Pass mark: Watch all content from all 4 modules and answer the question in each course correctly

Security Awareness is made up of 4 mini videos on relevant security topics, refreshed every quarter. You'll start the training from the relevant quarter when you join the company and complete new modules thereafter. Deadline: End of each quarter Pass mark: Watch all content and answer the question correctly
