Carrot cake

  • 2 medium carrots
  • 3 egges
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 2 cups of flour

01. Ingredients

  • Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C)
  • Grease and flour a medium-sized central hole tin (20 cm in diameter)
  • Reserve
  • In the blender glass, place the carrot, oil and eggs, and blend until smooth
