- This diet excludes all animal products;-Vegans don't use animal products, clothes, shoes, makeup, etc;- Vegans don't consume meat, fish, dairy products and eggs;-They base their diet on plant-based foods.

  • Only plant origin food is eaten;
  • Some vegeterian diets include eggs and milk;
  • Protein is obtained mainly from vegetables, tofu, tempeh and soy.

This diet focuses on:

  • They don't eat dairy and grains;

  • They only eat gluten-free food;

KETO

  • Keto is a low-carb diet;
  • They eat a lot of protein in this diet;
  • Lots of water;
  • They eat a lot of fats.
