As a consulting firm we will work hard with developing communities and nations to help them serve their power grid. By extending their service with new and improved sustainable batteries and other networks. Fleshing out their system so they can better serve their community providing green jobs that services the people.

C-CORP SPARC

PURPOSE This organization is a conglomerate that services sustainable projects across the nation which is funded by the Tennessee Valley Authority. Being that it's lobbied by congress which makes it easier to facilitate the issues across the United States. The federal government will anchor the results of establishing superfund sites across the North East and the Southern seaboard. This organization was started by President’s Biden's plan for the infrastructure bill that would be on time with the ParisAccord of 2030.

Objective

We would like to honor his wishes and start on this mission of turning our country on the right track to provide cleaner energy that services the people that values the life of our citizens by saving and conserving energy.

Overview

• This is a conglomerate that services the southern and eastern seaboard that covers cleanup of superfund sites by implementing sustainable energy, battery recharge stations, and generators.
• Currently the market is controlled by smaller city and state companies which unfortunately cannot handle the case load.
• Originally the company will be split into shares for stock holders with an arrangement of a subsidiary companies.
• We will negotiate pricing depending on the market of that particular geographical location.
• We will market through city and state legislation and policy.

MARKETING

This conglomerate offers sustainable cleanup solutions for Superfund sites, including solar power, battery stations, and generators within the southern & eastern seabord.

• We will need full time around the clock staff to monitor and build out these staff.
• This is a sure footed business because it supports the bills passed by Congress as well the research provided that the grids around the country have been under served. This is a sure thing that will help come to aid those cities and states.
• Once we pilot this in small 4 block radius in Memphis we hope spread it around the whole city.

• There is an opportunity for growth as the company goes public on the stock market.
