No problem, we are here to help you out!So, we have two types of delivery:1The first one we call it 3PL MDO, this one is when you live far away from one of our warehouses, so one carrier delivers the order.

Yes, correct, and the second we call it, MDO, this is for customer that lives near the warehouse so, THD associates delivers the orders to your home.
