The Wheel of life is a great tool to enable you to review your life choices and goals. We often get stuck and lose our way. This helps you to break down parts of your life that you want to develop and make better. When completing this you have to be honest. No section will ever be a 10 there is always room to improve. You will then break this down into smaller more manageable achievable goals.

We are going to have a go

Steps to follow

Create a wheel as shown

Label 8 sections that are important to you in life

Now think about how happy you are with these elements in your life 0 is unhappy 10 is perfect

Now start to think about what you could do to make things better in each section

Break this down into smaller goals with a timeframe of how you are going to make things better.

Description: "Imagine a world where cats rule the internet, squirrels are secret agents plotting against them, and pizza toppings engage in epic battles for supremacy on your plate. Meanwhile, aliens land on Earth only to discover that humans spend their time arguing over the superiority of cats versus dogs while chickens secretly plot their uprising against the breakfast table. Welcome to the absurdly hilarious chaos of everyday life in the 21st century!"
