After she began advocating for women’s rights, she was shot in the head while traveling home from school. However, she continued to fight for what she believed was right. In 2014, at the age of 17, Malala Yousafzai became the youngest Nobel Prize laureate and many funds and education initiatives were established in her honor. He also embodies the qualities of a great leader as he sets clear goals and visions and inspires his staff to work with passion.
