The first week, you can think of your ambass'action and you'll define it throughout LA Session. During your last one to one meeting with your monitor you'll present your "Ambass'Action“ finalised. After LA session, you’ll present it to your manager who follows up on it

The restitution will happen in two phases:

  • Detailed restitution in group: 15 min for the presentation + 15 min of exchanges with sponsors
  • Each group performs a 5 min pitch presenting its work towards the other trainees in plenary session.

Discover a "real life" topic, shared by a sponsor. Connected with the group' stakes and transformations.Investigate, inside & outside the company. Collaborate within your teams and think & act as ICARE leaders.

At the end of LA Session, we'll need you to improve the next ones. You'll find questions about conferences workshops, speedating and all steps you followed during LA Session. Don't hesitate to write comments and let us know about your feelings.

Survey LA Session

It takes 15 to 25 minutes

Your monitor has shared your portrait during the last one to one, during the last week of LA Session, or in the 2 weeks following LA Session. You then have to create a request for feedback in In Touch, in order to copy paste the contents of the portrait. We let you free to decide to share it with your manager & dev partner.Your steps:

  • On your profile
  • Select performance
  • Select Feedback and ask for it!
  • You enter the name of your monitor and share with other people
  • you can write a question you have and write down a message like "thanks to share the portrait"

You'll receive an invitation by your monitor. This meeting allows you to get know each other.You'll have 3 one to one during LA Session, you can talk about your competency, progress and feelings about LA Session.

What is the Kick-off for?

In this meeting, you'll learn the organization of LA Session, the different tools used and you'll can ask your questions!

You’ll have a topic : same topic for 2 groupsWe propose two possible outcomes : One outcome per each group

  • One Team will explore the A answer
  • One Team will explore the B answer
The deliverable will be a « CLOSING ARGUMENT » from each Team summarizing the « past » events and their logic chains that resulted in the « present day « (2040) situation
