Exercise and it's benefits exceed the expectation by a lot. Physical Activity in adults has been shown to increase their life expectancy from anywhere between .4 years and 6.9 years varying based on how much that individual participates.

Physical Activity has been proven to reduce risk for certain cancers that are common within humans today:

The Mayo Clinic suggests that adults need to partake in at least 150 minutes of moderate activity each week, or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise each week. Strength Training is also important in exercising, it is recommended for 2 days a week.

For Children ages 6-17 it is recommended that they get at least 60 minutes of exercise each day, along with 3 days of strength training each week.

Exercise and memory has been studied for many years and it has been shown that those who exercise have a better memory than those who do not.

Weight management is a huge topic in today's society. It has shown that at an alarming rate in the United States we are eating too much and exercising to little.

In the United States it is shown that Children have a lack of exercise and are becoming overweight with 16.6% of children are overweight and 18.5% are obese Adults are having a similar problem with 31.6% of adults are severely overweight and 39.6 are obese.

Even one session of physical activity has been shown to increase the Brain Cognitive Function, along with allowing kids to read better and notice errors in passages at a quicker rate

A study done by the natural scientific reports had 113 applicants take a memory test that consisted of different tests that would challenge their skills on how much they remember a story by reading it once then having to recall passages in the story. Some of those applicants exercised and others did not, it showed that those who exercise recalled the passages in the story a lot higher rate then those who did not exercise.
