After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Spider-Man is thrown into the multiverse. There, the arachnid superhero encounters a numerous team tasked with protecting his own existence.

Dominic Toretto and Letty live a peaceful life with their son. But they are soon threatened by Dom's past: his missing brother Jakob, who returns and is working alongside Cipher. It's up to Dom to get the team back together to face them.

For the first time, Spider-Man is unmasked, which does not allow him to separate his personal life from his role as one of the greatest superheroes in the world. Peter Parker asks Doctor Strange for help, but the effects of messing with the logic of the multiverse could be catastrophic. Things get very complicated with the arrival of villains from the multiverse.
