CPL Policies
A Contractor’s Pollution Liability (CPL) policy, is designed to protect contractors from environmental liabilities that can arise as a result of their contracting operations performed at a third-party location or jobsite.

A contractor’s standard General Liability policy typically includes a total pollution exclusion, and the limited pollution endorsements that can be added onto a GL policy do not effectively meet the needs of contractors.

A CPL policy is specifically tailored to the pollution needs and exposures faced by contractors.
