This show, was ahead of ITS time when it came to openly speaking and showing the broad spectrum of sexuality. being open to sexuality was the one of the cores of this show and they stuck with it until the end.

Mental health is a silent killer AND not many can notice the signs. I didn't even realize that from the beginning to the end Steven was dealing with his own mental health issues.
