Well, here you are some phrases to express both agreement and disagreement:

  • I disagree
  • I don't agree with you
  • Absolutely not!
  • I beg to differ.

Now, let me show you how to use them: On the one hand, we will check conversations where people agree with each other or, in other words, have the same opinion about something

I totally agree with wearing uniforms at school. That's important for the institution's image. I mean, if we didn't have a uniform, how would people know we belong to this school?

Marcela:

Marcela is right! that's a good point. Besides, uniforms are good for those who don't have a lot of clothes. Can you imagine having to think every day what to wear? No way!

Camila:

I simply disagree. Come on! how does wearing uniforms affect our academic or learning process? isn't it the most important to learn? Being forced to use uniforms is not fair, absolutely not!

Luis:

With all due respect, I beg to differ. Uniforms may be more practical, but what about the student's identity? Why do we all have to look the same, as if we didn't have our own taste and style?
