UN GRUPO DE AMIGOS JUGABA ALEGREMENTE EN EL CAMPO.

DE PRONTO, EL CIELO SE OSCURECIÓ Y LOS NIÑOS SE PUSIERON NERVIOSOS AL ESCUCHAR LOS TRUENOS Y VER LOS RELÁMPAGOS.CORRIERON A PROTEGERSE EN EL GRANERO.

ALLÍ SE ENCONTRARON CON UNA REUNIÓN DE ANIMALES QUE COMPARTÍAN CÓMO TRANQUILIZARSE.MIENTRAS CADA UNO DE LOS ANIMALES EXPLICABA, ELLOS SE IMAGINABAN LOS MOVIMIENTOS.

APOYA LAS MANOS Y LAS RODILLAS EN EL SUELO

AL SOLTAR EL AIRE REDONDEA LA ESPALDA

RESPIRA PROFUNDAMENTE POR LA NARIZ

APOYA LAS MANOSY LAS RODILLASEN EL SUELO

RESPIRA PROFUNDO POR LA NARIZ

AL SOLTAR EL AIRE, ESTIRA LAS PIERNAS A LA VEZ QUE LOS BRAZOS

COLOCA LAS MANOS AL COSTADO DEL CUERPO.

TOMANDO AIRE, PRESIONA LAS MANOS EN EL SUELO Y LEVANTA LA CABEZA Y EL PECHO.

ACUESTÁTE BOCA ABAJO

SIÉNTATE CON LAS PIERNAS CRUZADAS

CIERRA LOS OJOS, RESPIRA PROFUNDO Y CUANDO SUELTES EL AIRE, IMITA MI SONIDO

¡GENIAL! AHORA YA SABEMOS QUÉ PODEMOS HACER CADA VEZ QUE ESTEMOS NERVIOSOS.
