Lista / Procesos

- Genially

¿Sabías quela ventana permite añadir contenido más amplio?

Puedes enriquecer tu genially incorporando PDFs, vídeos, texto…

SCHOOL TIMETABLE

JuleNissen is known as Norwegian Santa Claus. A Nisse is a figure in Scandinavian folklore who lives on a farm and protects the family and the animals from evil forces

Picture

They usually open presents the night of December the 24th. In the past, on December 25th people should't go outside their houses. Now is a day for family lunch and family dinner. They are not allowed to light fireworks without permission.

The Julekalender

They sometimes make 2 versions of the same film or TV series. One in English and one in Norwegian.Example: Norsemen (Netflix

Did you know it?

Norwegian people love Tacos so much it is kind of a tradition.

I had some Tacos with some teachers. It was lots of fun! They were telling me Christmas traditions and Norwegian traditions and I told them the Spanish ones.

Keiservarden

It was very cold and very windy on the top

The views of the city and the mountains in the surroundings were amazing. It was incredible! I have to come back in Summer.

Skiing

It was my first time skiing

I practiced it 3 times:1 with Lisa1 with students1 going to the outdoor class close to the lake.I was not very good in the beginning, but I improved a lot.It was really fun! I enjoyed it even though I fell down many times.

I tried Glögg, Christmas cookies, suggared peanuts, mandarines and other sweets.Cleaning ladies prepared this amazing table for welcoming us on December the 1st

Julebord

It's a Christmas party only for friends or workmates.

They usually have Christmas dinner and then they laugh, dance, sing and drink after it.

This is one of the most famous places in BodøWe went in the morning quite early since was the best moments because of the tides and their movements.

Northern lights

They were amazing!!Jt was difficult but I finally see those twice!

All day the typical sweets are "Lussekatter". A saffron dough.

¿Sabías qué...

On December 13th they celebrate "Santa Lucía". LIght in the middle of the dark winter. A girl with a crown with some candles represents "Santa Lucía". She is dressed with a white cloak and the rest of the children (in my school Year 2 students) are dressed in white.

Did you know...?

They have a special TV show for "Julekalender" (Advent calendar). They are allowed to watch just one chapter per day. There are some shows for children and other for adults. They also have crackers with a crown or a silly joke or even a toy inside.

It seems like Julekalender is even more important than Christmas!
