Affordability Attendance Update

  • South total staff completed - 1954
  • % completion - 61.6%
  • AT's to ensure 'NO's' are rebooked (Total 382)
  • L&D Team scoop leavers each week and remove from register
  • Cut off for attending training - 17th December (Currently 129)
  • L&D to send list of all new starters from beginning of role out to 14th December - and AT's to send details of session/time/employee number/shop they will attend

458 feedback complete - support staff to encourage completion (3357 attendance = 14%)L&D to share details of feedback receivedOn the back of the feedback received - a full training room audit of each venue used throughout will be conducted for future reference.

  • South - 92.7% completion rate
  • 627 colleagues that have taken four or more attempts at the quiz

  • Actions to be agreed with AP/HG

  • 19 TASM's on New Starter App that have passed their probation period
  • Focus to be on getting these signed off ASAP or agree actions with AP/HG

Area Team L&D Reviews

Starting in January 2024 the L&D team will conduct 6-weekly reviews with each Area Manager.Other Area Team members can also be included. First cycle of meetings to take place;

  1. 29th Jan to 11th Feb
  2. 18th March to 31st March
  3. 29th Apr to 12th May

  • New starter app sign offs
  • Compliance Academy assignments (Area Team)

ASM Sign Off Document

  • Document now signed off and approved
  • Feedback received from AT's has been considered and ammendments made to final document (can't please everyone!)
  • To be used by all areas - no other variations
  • L&D to send out on Friday
  • Sign off should be conducted face to face / couple of hours to complete
  • Not to be used as emergency sign off as these are no longer in circulation (risk to the business)
  • View to make this a digital sign off in the next few months

Training Calendar

  • The new training calendar has been created and will start to be used in 2024.
  • The calendar will ensure training is spread over the year to allow area teams to plan in advance and manage reporting effectively
  • All training going forward will be sent via the L&D Team
  • L&D to organise the training schedule and ensure shop staff are not receiving several sign offs within a short period of time.
