The food wheel is a graphic resource to follow a safe and balanced diet based on classifying foods into various groups according to their nutritional value. Also, it tells us the portions of each food group that we should eat. This wheel is made up of six groups, which are grouped into 3; the energetic ones, the trainers and the regulators.
