1. Gather your materials: - Paper plate - Construction paper (brown, red, orange, yellow) - Pencil - Scissors - Glue or tape - Markers or crayons2. Start by tracing your hands on the construction paper. Place your hand on a piece of colored construction paper and trace around it with a pencil. Repeat this step with different colors to create a variety of feathers.3. Carefully cut out the traced hand shapes. Make sure to follow the lines as accurately as possible.4. Now, let's attach the hand-shaped feathers to the back of the paper plate. Arrange the hand shapes in a fan shape, with the fingers pointing outward. Glue or tape them onto the back of the plate.5. Once the feathers are secure, it's time to add the turkey's body. Cut out a small oval shape from the brown construction paper for the body.6. Glue or tape the body onto the center of the front side of the paper plate, overlapping the base of the feathers slightly.7. Next, let's add the turkey's face. Cut out a small red triangle for the beak, an orange triangle for the beak, and two small circles for the eyes from the construction paper. Glue them onto the front of the plate, above the body.8. Use markers or crayons to add details to the turkey's face, like the eyes, beak, and any other decorations you'd like.
