Our Mission

We are a local membership driven networking group, who strive to create a consistent source of referrals and increased opportunities for growth for each other's businesses, by adhering to a proven system for success.

Our mission is to grow our chapter to 30 qualified members by 2025, increase our annual revenue to $1,000,000 by October 2024, and improve the overall vitality and success of each of our members and clients.

The Power of 1

is a proven system for success.

A 1-2-1 is a 30-60 minute meeting with 1 of your referral partners. These meetings should be informative and productive so as to help one another better spot referral opportunities.

  • Prospect is seeking your service
  • Your referral partner told them about you
  • The prospect wants to meet you.

Defining a Referral

Referrals require at least 3 points of contact. Leads are not counted in the BNI system.

  • Visit the Analytics settings;
  • Activate user tracking;
  • Let the communication flow!

  • Members are all asked to bring 1 Visitor every month
  • Anyone can visit, only non-BNI members and first time guests qualify for members score.
  • Visitors may only attend twice before needing to apply

Monthly Visitors

BNI is a networking organization, and that means we want to connect with as many like-minded professionals as possible. Our members are asked to contribute to our groups expanding network by bringing guests to meet our members.

  • Allowed to send 3 substitutes in 6 months
  • Allowed to be absent without representation 3 times in 6 months

The first layer of accountability.

Attendance Policy

You know what they say, showing up is at least half the battle. Want to stay top of mind? Show up early, stay late, and stick to the attendance policy.

If you exceed these allowances, the Membership Committee will vote on your membership status.

In order to refer each other, we have to know how to spot a good referral. We do this by getting to know our referral partners. 1-2-1's are the 30-60 minutes and should happen regularly for maximum outcome.
