IDENTIFYING OUR EMOTIONS

What emotion word best describes how you're feeling right now?Is this the only emotion you are feeling right now, or are you feeling other emotions also? If you're feeling other emotions too, what are they?Remember, all emotions are okay. There are no bad or wrong emotions to feel. Emotions are messengers to help us know if everything is okay or if something doesn't feel very good to us.

Let's take a minute and answer three other questions about the emotion(s) we're feeling right now:1. What happened to make you feel this wqy?2. How are you showing your feeling? (What sensations do you have in your body? How are you behaving?)3. What are you doing to feel more, less, or the same of this same feeling?

If you don't like the way you are currently feeling, there are many strategies you can do to help you shift into a mood that you find more pleasant and comfortable. That said, if you are satisfied with the state of your current mood already, then you may likely not want to shift into a different mood or emotion but instead you hope that you can remain where you are. Brainstorm strategies that you can use and put into action to either chift your mood into one that you find more comfortable or in order to maintain your current mood and emotion that you like feeling even longer.
