Keep a journal of your experience. It will serve as a record and evaluation of the experiment.

The tape should be changed every 3 to 5 days due to it loosening and stretching over time. The tape is waterproof and can be used while bathing, swimming or showering.

Regular physical activity as neccessary for a healthy body, as it is for one that is healing. It helps to keep joints limber and muscles strong.

After the first 15 days of taping, you should reassess how you feel and decide to either continue taping or begin weaning yourself of the tape.

Before applying the tape, make sure your skin is clean and free of lotions or oils. After applying, gently massage the tape into your skin. The tape is heat-activated and rubbing it helps for best adherence to the skin.
