During the process of designing interactive online workshops, I faced several difficulties that required creative solutions and adaptability. One of the main challenges was the need to maintain the active participation of remote participants. To overcome this, I implemented strategies such as the inclusion of multimedia elements, interactive questions, and practical exercises that encouraged virtual collaboration. Another major obstacle was the diversity of platforms and levels of technological skills among participants. To address this, I provided clear and accessible instructions, offered pre-workshop technical support, and designed activities to suit different levels of digital experience. Time management was also a challenge, as it was crucial to balance content delivery with periods of interaction and discussion. I developed a flexible schedule that allowed adaptation to the dynamics of the group and guaranteed the effective assimilation of information.
