Introduction

As members of the Collections Department at Alder, we uphold a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and teamwork. Our responsibility is to assist clients in honoring their contractual agreements while treating each individual with respect and dignity. We prioritize honesty and collaboration in our interactions with clients and colleagues alike. Any unethical behavior within the department is promptly addressed, and employees are encouraged to contribute constructive feedback for company improvement. Our goal is to foster a safe and supportive work environment where professionalism is paramount, and sensitive topics are handled with discretion.

Billing History

Alder's current CEO is Adam Schanz. The company was previously known by two names: Alarm Protection Technology and Alarm Protection. It was established in the year 2011.Billing operations for Alder began in the Philippines in June 2021 and became a part of special accounts on April 12, 2021. The previous Billing Manager was Jessica Woods, while Glen Carpenter served as the previous Assistant Billing Manager. The previous Philippine Billing Manager was Leo Tubo. Presently, Zachary Scheumann holds the position of Billing Manager, with Heaven Willcare Terana as the Assistant Billing Manager before and it was replaced by Carlyn Fajardo this year 2024.In the Philippines Billing team, there have been changes in leadership over time. Initially, Carlyn Fajardo, Charmaine Revaño, and Christopher James Adorna led the team. However, in 2024, new opportunities emerged, leading to a shift in leadership. Presently, our team leads include Kyle Navaja, John Arnold Sabturani, and Bryan Amezquita from Guatemala. This year, 2024, marked the expansion of our team to Guatemala, led by Manager Cindy Castro, with 5 agents internally hired. In addition, Janice Garbo oversees Quality Assurance (QA), with support from Diego Franco. The journey of our Billing department started with Team Lead Joremie Custan, joined by Willcare Terana, Charmaine Revano, and Carlyn Fajardo as the initial team members. Christopher James Adorna's hiring as the first external member was a significant milestone in our growth. As time goes on, we are dedicated to advancing our department and achieving excellence in our operations.
