1. The training

-A cyclone always forms on water - They are born above the ocean near the equator - Deadliest cyclone - This cyclone took place in East Pakistan - For the first time from November 8 to 13, 1970 - Winds exceed 200 kmh (category 3)

How does a cyclone form ?

Steps :

  1. First a strong evaporation which triggers converging winds
  2. Then, the cold air positions it self below the warm air
  3. The hot air then rises
  4. The depression is getting deeper and deeper
  5. This is where a tropical storm forms

Official estimates indicate around 300,000 deaths, but unofficial estimates suggest nearly 500,000 deaths There were more than 200,000 deaths.
