By the end of the lesson students will be able to describe neatness and messiness; talk about progress by using modal-like expressions with be; future forms in order to complain when booking a hotel.
Are you a neat or messy person? How does this affect your life? How does this affect your relationships with others?
Neat or messy?
Look at the phrases. Which ones describe an organized person? Which describe a disorganized person? Which can describe both?
Describing neatness and messiness
1. My coworker was off from work all week, so I was sure to / forced to do two jobs – mine and his. 2. We were allowed to / required to show our passports when we landed in Bangkok. 3.
