Auggie experiences the cruelty of his mates, but despite the difficulties, over time, he will discover that it will be enough to make himself known deeply to find new true friends.

Auggie Pullman is ten years old and has a very rare syndrome. In fact, since birth, the features of his face have been deformed due to a serious craniofacial anomaly.

The film is set in North River Heights, which is at the top tip of Manhattan

Wonder was born as a book, written in 2013 by the american author R. J. Palacio and was adapted into a successful film directed by Stephen Chbosky in 2017

PRICIPAL CHARACTERS

• The acceptance of diversity: the film highlights the importance of learning to accept the differences between people and not to judge others based on their appearance.

• Friendship: in fact August, thanks to the friendships he makes at school, finds the support and strength to face difficulties and bullying.

• Family: plays a very important role in August's life. August's parents and sister love and support him unconditionally, helping him overcome obstacles and grow.
