Yeah, this a frightening time, mum, dad, sister, brother and others crying Change coming, yes That's why we stand together and don’t kneel We are together, create a community, we feel Black people, White people, no one should be in fear Let these words comfort the people who have been standing We can bring back love, but not the history and the fighting This is what happens when the people you've oppressed Ask for change in a country that they built, but you ignored and deny it

goals

We can see old cars, this represents the lack of progress that is taking place in the USA.

"Celly" and "tool" (the lyrics) may have two meannings: - Represents the use of cellphones that film police discrimination (and brutality). We can see a few chilren sitting up high filming the scene as we see a police car on fire.- Denounces false racial incarnation, as the scene takes place in an eerie area ressembling a prison.

Foreground: We can see Gambino dance with Afro-American students, they' are dancing cultural African dances, furthermore they seem joyful. Background: It looks chaotique, as cars are stopped anywhere, people are running around, sitting on cars, or destroying them. We can also notice a money machine.

The Gospel background singing shows African culture.

play

The most predominant oxymoron is the difference between the foreground and the background in most scenes. One representing joy and another representing panic and chaos. This symbolizes the use of entertainement (dancing) to cover up more violent and major issues.
