In factored form (or intercept form) (x + p)(x + q) = 0, the solutions can be found using the zero-product property > in order for the product of two numbers to be 0, one or both numbers must be 0Using the zero-product property: (x + p) = 0 then x = -p (x + q) = 0 then x = -q
