With a deliberate focus on active pedagogy, our class comprises a total of 12 students. This intentionally small size is designed to enhance engagement, foster personalized attention, and encourage collaborative learning. By prioritizing a more intimate setting, we aim to create an environment that promotes interactive learning, critical thinking, and meaningful student participation, aligning with the principles of active pedagogy.

Inclusivity

We are fully committed to creating an inclusive environment for our students, in accordance with the requirements of certifying bodies (Qualiopi, ….). We ensure to provide an adapted framework, both in terms of educational materials and the accessibility of facilities. Our Disability Liaison Officer is available to address your questions and propose solutions.

A knowledge transfer questionnaire at 2 and 9 months will be sent to trainees by e-mail. Trainees will receive feedback on these questionnaires with suggestions for further training in the institute or in the workplace.

Ségolène is an experienced nurse, specialized in violence management after working in different services. Certified in hospital violence management, she became a trainer, providing training sessions and implementing prevention protocols. In parallel, she also teaches at the Institute of Nursing Education (IFSI) in her region.

Our private car park has a capacity of 40 spaces and will welcome you in complete safety, right next to the entrance to the training centre. It also has 8 parking spaces for disabled people. Shaded and surrounded by greenery, our centre also encourages soft mobility, with charging points for electric cars and a shelter for bicycles and scooters.

With her expertise, she became a hygiene trainer, providing courses to healthcare professionals at the renowned organization Health 4 Pro. Stephane, an experienced nurse, specialized in teaching proper postures and ergonomic practices for healthcare professionals. With his expertise in ergonomics and clinical experience, he became a posture trainer at a prominent health training center. Concurrently, he conducts research on the impact of postures on healthcare professionals' health. This room is particulary useful for exchanges between trainers and the administratve team, when drawing up new training plans. It is also used for conferences given by outside professionals.
