- Once the owner submits their form, the card will move to Owner Occupied. The process will restart a year later.
Restart Registration Process

Fields will be cleared and the owner will receive an email to update their Affidavit automatically.
- Rental Registration Form and Resident Information forms need to be completed again.
- Once information is submitted, the card will move to Resident Info Updated after 1 hour.
New Registration Needed
Lease details changed
All of the registration form fields will be cleared and the registration process will need to be completed again.
- Lease check-in date is cleared.
- Lease change field is cleared.
Tenant and lease are the same
No change
The card will go back to Registration Complete until the next Lease Check-in date.
When the card goes back to the Registration Complete, the lease check-in date will be set to 90 days in the future.
If Lease Check-ins are enabled for the branch, every 90 days, the owner will need to report on the lease status/occupancy of their property. The form is a simple, one question response. There are only 3 options:
