The User must have Created Mail for it to appear in "Requested For". Then in "user Profile" we generally choose between:

To request a new notebook we go to Service-Now
New Laptop
It can be requested in special cases, such as waiting for a Notebook to be repaired under warranty or due to reloading a Windows image or similar.
Here we can request a Notebook for temporary use. It should not go beyond 90 days.

It is always better to accompany the process with an Email, with a complaint to Police.
Complete all fields as requested. The Dass area will contact them and they will jointly manage its replacement.
Lost & Stolen Device
To report the Lost & Stolen of the Laptop

Equipment is returned to TI, due to Disengagement from the Company or Abandonment, it could also be the case of having more than one device and not needing it.
