MARADONA'S CHURCH WAS CREATED by a handful of colleagues in October 1998 in Rosario, Argentina.

Iglesia Maradonana is a parody of religion created by Maradona's biggest fans. At the beginning, the church had a handful of colleagues, now it has over 100,000 members. The church's members are not only Argentines, but people from all over the world.
