Dear Avalon,My dad has been in the hospital for the last two days. I overheard the doctor tell my mom that he would be okay, but needs to live a healthier life. While I'm only 13, I want to be healthy, too. I know it is important to take care of my health, but I'm not sure how to do it. Can you give me some advice on how to be healthy today and as I age? Thanks,Anonymous
