HOW THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORKING CONDITIONS AND TURNOVER INTENTIONS ARE MEDIATING BY MEANING OF WORK ?

--> 1984 : David and Lofquist had demonstrated that the degree of satisfaction was a mediator of turnover intentions.

Meaning of work : this concept has been the subject of various definitions MORIN (2006) : it corresponds to an experience of coherence and balance between the features that the individual seeks in the work and those he or she actually finds in the work.

Meaning of work is a significant psychological resource for mediating the negative effects of working conditions on turnover intentions.

- Meaning of work is a mediator for adverse working conditions with turnover intentions
