George ohm

Georg Simon Ohm va ser un físic i matemàtic alemany que va formular la llei fonamental de l'electricitat, coneguda com a llei d'Ohm. Va néixer el 16 de març de 1789 i va morir el 6 de juliol de 1854.

Encara que no va ser el primer a descobrir l'hidrogen, Cavendish va ser un dels primers a reconèixer-lo com un element i estudiar les seves propietats

Cavendish va realitzar recerques sobre electricitat i magnetisme.

Va determinar la densitat de la Terra i, a partir d'això, calcular la massa de la Terra "experiment de la balança de torsió"
