Vabljeni na kulinarično potovanje po Evropi ob evropskem dnevu jezikov

Po vsej Evropi se 700 milijonov Evropejcev, ki živijo v 46 državah članicah Sveta Evrope, spodbuja k učenju več jezikov v katerikoli starosti, v šoli ali izven nje. Svet Evrope po celi Evropi spodbuja večjezičnost v prepričanju, da jezikovna raznolikost predstavlja pomembno orodje za doseganje boljšega medkulturnega razumevanja in hkrati predstavlja ključno sestavino bogate kulturne dediščine naše celine. Na pobudo Sveta Evrope iz Strasbourga že od leta 2001 vsako leto 26. septembra praznujemo evropski dan jezikov – skupaj z Evropsko komisijo.

Evropski dan jezikov 26. september

Na naši šoli se učenci poleg slovenščine učite še angleško, nemško in francosko. Pri pouku jezikov ne spoznavate samo besedišča, slovničnih struktur in književnosti, temveč odkrivate tudi kulture in običaje dežel. Ob dnevu jezikov vas v sodelovanju s šolsko kuhinjo vabimo na potovanje po Evropi. Obiskali bomo angleško, nemško in francosko govoreče dežele in sosednje države ter okušali tamkajšnje specialitete. En dan bomo preživeli tudi v naši domovini. Le kaj bomo takrat zajtrkovali?

Načrt potovanja po Evropi

Francija: francoski rogljič / croissantAvstrija: dunajski zrezek in krompirjeva solata / Wiener Schnitzel & kartoffelsalat Hrvaška: istrski ribji namaz / istarski riblji namazMadžarska: madžarski golaž & palačinka z orehi in čokolado / gulyásleves & gundel palacsintaSlovenija: med, maslo, kruh & piščančja obara z ajdovimi žganciVelika Britanija: angleški rižev puding / rice puddingItalija: kaneloni & kus kus S pestom / CANNELLONI & cous cous al pesto genovese

Jedilnik

Potovanje, na katerem bomo preizkušali tradicionalne jedi, pričnemo v torek zjutraj v Franciji. Za zajtrk je obvezen francoski rogljiček. Kar prek Alp se odpravimo v Avstrijo, kjer nas za kosilo čaka krožnik z dunajskim zrezkom in krompirjevo solato. Pot nadaljujemo k naši južni sosedi Hrvaški. Za zajtrk na kruh namažemo istrski ribji namaz, nato pa pot nadaljujemo proti Madžarski. Okrepčamo se z madžarskim golažem in se posladkamo s slastno palačinko z orehi in čokolado. V četrtek počivamo v naši lepi Sloveniji. Tradicionalni slovenski zajtrk s kruhom, maslom in medom nas napolni z energijo. Bi šli spet v hribe? Tokrat kar na Triglav? Kaj pa je za kosilo? Piščančja obara z ajdovimi žganci, seveda.V petek se zbudimo v Veliki Britaniji. Ali tudi kralj zajtrkuje angleški rižev puding tako kot mi? Potovanje zaključimo v Italiji. Na meniju so kaneloni s skuto in špinačo ter kus kus s pestom genovese.
