WHY WARM UP? 1. Prepare the body and mind before exercise. 2. Increase the body's muscle temperature to make the muscles loose, supple and pliable. 3. Prepare the muscles, tendons and joints for more strenuous activity. 4. Reduce the risk of injury.

Duration: Minimum 10-25 minutes. The WARM UP has 3 parts: 1. Aerobic activity (running, jogging, games...) (5minutes) 2. Joint mobility (10 minutes) 3. Streching (10 minutes)
