One of the complexities that I face is having a shy personality, because I know that it limits me to express my ideas or opinions openly, this weakness is something that I usually try to improve. Because in one way or another it affects me by not having a dominant personality, and this could affect me in a classroom because I would not be able to have total control over my students. Finally, I consider myself responsible but the bad factor is that I leave everything to the last minute because I am a person who, although it sounds strange, likes to work under pressure because I feel that this is the only way I can come up with the best ideas.

weaknesses as a person and as a teacher

Personally I consider myself a punctual person, I don't like to be late, so I think it's a positive thing for me as a person and as a future new teacher. Another positive point is that I am an empathetic person, this could help me to be able to relate more quickly with my students. Last but not least, I am also an optimist, i.e. I always try to see the good side of things first in order not to lose motivation and positivism.
