Present proposal to board

• eRate form 470 needs to be filled with language "contingent upon approval."

• eRate services will review our proposal and provide an 'approved' or 'not approved' status for the 2024-25 school year.

• Unknown timeline to receive information from eRate. Usually a few months.

• UCF technology will present information to the board for the internet connection solution with final costs.

• UCF Technology will seek from eRate the level of funding (50%) and approval of the internet connection proposal.

• If eRate is not approved and the decision is to move forward we would pay at full price.
