I think that music, cinema, literature and gastronomy are some of the British artistic expressions that have left their mark. Knowing a language goes beyond being able to communicate between different people; it allows you to know the history of a country, its culture, its customs. Liberalism, the bourgeois Revolution and the English parliamentary system were the basis of the modern state. Thanks to English colonialism, modern versions of sports such as tennis, boxing and soccer became popular worldwide. Learning English is important because it will show you other cultures, lifestyles and different ways of thinking. You will be able to meet new and interesting people and understand their customs. Undoubtedly, the British have a characteristic way of behaving in society. And it is that cordiality, respect for others and good education are three essential pillars in British society and any situation or context of its day to day. The English School has important achievements in the theoretical field, such as the complex theorization of international society and the search and discovery of an international order despite the anarchic condition of the system.
