PGD Communities, Clubs and Initiatives

Our club is a community of women who share a passion for technology and are interested in advancing their careers in the field.What does the club do? From workshops and training sessions to networking events and guest speakers, we are committed to providing valuable opportunities for our members to learn and grow.

Tech is Female

Udemy Ambassador

PGD initiative to have a group of colleagues promote the use of Udemy among licensed users. What does the community do? Leadership and execution of content curation and the creation of Learning Paths in Udemy Business.

To be a point of support for new people joining the organization, to be a friend who guides you while you get to know the organization and helps you solve any issue/doubt you might have. What does the club do? Make sure they are connected on the first day. Share basic information. Guide with doubts. Support to resolve incidents.

Buddy Program

It promotes the correct ergonomic and health conditions in the workplace. It works together with EHS to ensure a weekly session of Active Breaks and Meditation. What does the initiative do? CSO: Monthly meetings with the EHS team, Active Breaks, and Meditation.

Occupational Health Committee

A team of volunteers who are responsible for ensuring the safety of PGD colleagues. What does the initiative do? Emergency drills are conducted, and visits to the office are made regularly to be prepared in case of an eventuality. First Aid training (if there is a budget).

PGD Brigade

A team whose members are from different verticals within PGD, who would like to provide an immersive focus and consequently, allow for a deeper exploration of the impact of each discovery in the Tech community. What does the initiative do? Weekly or biweekly meetings to talk about different topics that ocurred during the past weeks in the Tech Community.
