Free individual talking therapies for anxiety, bereavement, depression and anger

Short Term- usually between 8-10 sessions on a weekly basis

Duration of Support?

Therapists who are able to offer assessments and therapy in a range of languages, or they can book an interpreter. Unable to offer group sessions in languages other than English

18 years+ Registered with a GP in the borough of Hammersmith and FulhamMild to moderate experience of depression, anxiety and other common mental health issues
