Each STP will cover a range of grade levels; usually, they are divided into elementary, middle, and high school. Find the grade in which the student you are assessing is currently enrolled.
In this column, we can find the measures to use when considering a student for intervention. For example, a second grader should be assessed with DIBELS NWF, WRF, etc.
Use these rules to determine a student's intervention path.
This column shows the type of instruction and practice a student will need to move forward.
This column shows the recommended intervention time, placement, and duration for interventions on this path.
This column tells us exactly what lessons, tools, or activities to use during intervention.
This column tells us which assessment to use, first as a baseline screener and then as a progress monitoring tool. For kindergarteners, it's not recommended to start progress monitoring until after the winter break.
This column gives us questions to consider both prior to evaluation and in regard to student responses to intervention, before continuing with additional support.
This tab provides the same guidance and pathways at the Intensive level of support.
