In paragraph five of the article it states, "Every new school year begins with buying school supplies." This explains that in order to be succesful in school, students need the right supplies. Something to always remember combine R and A together into one sentence!

Shrek Summary
Shrek is the main character of the movie Shrek. One day Shrek's Swamp became over run with Fairy Tale creatures. In order to remove the fairy tale creatures from the swamp, Shrek with the help of Donkey needs to rescue Princess Fiona from a dragon and return her to Lord Farquaad. Shrek and donkey successfully save Princess Fiona and take her back to Lord Farquaad. Shrek returns to his swamp which is now empty of fairy tale creatures and he is not happy. So Donkey and Shrek decided to go and stop the marriage between Lord Farquaad and Fiona. They stop the wedding, Lord Farquaad gets eaten by the dragon and Finona and Shrek l

Hi, my name is Ms. Kirvan. This is my 7th year of teaching! I coach flag football, basketball (sometimes), and Softball. I'm in charge of the SBOs and the Hiker Hut. I have six animals, my dog Finn, two cats (Bears and Indy), and three lizards (Vulcan, Thor, and Loki).
Basic Classroom Rules
The Five Simple Rules:
- Always come to class ready to learn.
- Make sure you have your charged chrome book and your notebook!
- Make sure you are on time to class
- No food or sugery drinks are allowed. Water is okay.
- Keep your hands to yourself
- Be respectful
- Phone/earpods away or it goes into the jail

Conversations: During a Do Now I expect a level one. Depending on the Do Now it might be a zero. Help: Raise your hand or ask a neighborActivity: Work on your Do Now. You don't want unnessary homework. Movement: Stay in your seat. There are no hallpasses during this time. Participation: Work and complete your do now. Make sure is correct. Most of the time we will go over them as a class.
Do Now Rules:
Conversation: When I am teaching (giving instruction or answering questions) your voices are OFF! You can not learn if you are talking over me. Help: If you have questions raise your hand or If I'm busy write your question down and wait until I ask for questions. Activity: During instruction time your job is to TAKE NOTES in your interactive notebook. Taking notes will help you on quizzes and tests. Movement: During teacher instruction you need to stay in your seat. If you need a tissue, pencil, or to sharpen your pencil you must ask. Also there are no Hallpasses. Unless it's an emergency. Participation: Participate in the discussions.
