• Close Teams from Task Manager.
• Uninstall Teams from control Panel
• Open Windows Explorer and go to: C:\Users\userID\AppData\Roaming
• Under C:\Users\userID\AppData\Roaming delete the folders ‘Teams’ and ‘Microsoft Teams’
• Under C:\Users\userID\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft delete the folder ‘Teams’
• Go to C:\Users\uif60774\AppData\Local\Microsoft
• Under C:\Users\uif60774\AppData\Local\Microsoft delete the dolder for Teams
• Go to https:www.office.com and download Teams.
• Install Teams

SharePoint - Extend lifecycle - To extend the lifecycle of a Team/SharePoint, please follow the steps below: 1 - Click on the general channel on the Team that you've received the message; 2 - Click in the three dots beside the "Meet" button; 3 - Click on "Open in SharePoint"; 3.1 - If this option isn't available, click on the files tab then click in the "Open in SharePoint"; 4 - Click in "Home"; 5 - In the "Home" of the SharePoint, click in the cockpit, which is located in the upper right corner. 6 - Click on "Lifecycle"; 7 - Then click on "Extend"

• Logon with ADMIN credentials to portal.azure.com in Incognito mode for Edge
• Select “Azure Active Directory”
• Select users
• Search the email account (NOT CONTINENTAL EMAIL) that was register for Teams in BPA request:
• e.g. daguilar@valeo-IT.com
• Click on Authentication Methods
• Click Require re-register MFA
