Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Outgoing and engaging personality
  • Excels in collaboration and teamwork with co-workers
  • Consistently demonstrates a positive demeanor
  • Possess or able to obtain any required alcohol service certifications
  • Working knowledge of beer and the craft beer industry preferred
  • Able to operate or quickly learn the POS system and process various forms of payment
  • Communicates clearly and effectively in a variety of mediums using both verbal and written skills
  • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends and holidays
  • Able to lift heavy objects (20-50lbs.) on a regular basis.

What will you be doing daily?

  • Engaging with all Guests by making them feel welcome while working to meet their needs quickly and efficiently.
  • Providing an exceptional Guest experience that engages Guests in conversations that drives loyalty and repeat Guests.
  • Educating Guests about the TapZone system, i.e., how it works, and on the available local, seasonal, and cross-country draft selections, vendor information, and differences between the styles of drafts.
  • Respectfully addressing guests’ questions about TapZone and the available drafts regardless of their level of beer knowledge.
  • Ensuring that the beers on tap are acceptable to serve (are at the right temperature, best quality, etc.)
  • Having a full knowledge of recipes and other relevant information on all drafts and offerings
  • Assisting in troubleshooting issues with the TapZone and restocking beer inventory and supplies
  • Alerting the Manager on Duty when there is an equipment or maintenance issue
  • Alerting the Manager on Duty when Guests need to reload their TapZone cards
  • Upholding our cleanliness, safety and responsible alcohol service standards
  • Completing any required side work to support the set-up and break down of the TapZone
