My son used to send me jigsaw puzzles during lockdown. 

I’d be sitting on the sofa in the evening and the door would go and it would be ... another jigsaw puzzle! 

One of the positives that has come out of all this is .. this group called Empower. We’ve got museum workshops ... yoga, [and] some short courses. Because here is a safe space
for people and they
feel comfortable.

I lived with a friend during COVID. I think that helped.
We both had health problems
but we had a good giggle. Humour was the biggest thing. When either of us were
ill, the humour was
always there.
