Did you know there are several different people and channels to report your concern to? We encourage team members to BE BRAVE and speak up: "If you see something, say something!"

  • Management
  • HR / Employee Relations
  • Legal
  • Ethics & Compliance
  • TIPS

Based on the allegations and the company's Levels Coding, the complaint is forwarded to the most appropriate department for handling:

  • Management / HR
  • Employee Relations / Regional Loss Prevention Managers
  • Internal Investigations team

A confidential investigation process begins and usually involves interviewing:

  • the complainant / concern raiser
  • potential witnesses
  • the subject / person identified as allegedly committing wrongdoing
The investigation may also require review of documents or evidence

At the completion of the investigation, a final report is produced and concludes whether the allegations were substantiated or not

Participants are notified that the investigation is concluded and any remedial action, if necessary, is taken based on the findings
