Expectations of Vendors
- Litter receptacles & possibly food waste recycling bin will be necessary
- Grease should not:
- be mixed with other solid waste or recyclables
- poured into any surface drains or onto the ground
- No food wrapping paper or plastic cups are recycled locally

- Quantity shall be proportionate to number of vendors and crowd
- Frequency of emptying the bins shall be anticipated
- If unavailable on site, purchase disposable units
